Stephanie is from Christchurch New Zealand where she studied Physiotherapy at the University of Otago. She started her career at the Alexandra Physiotherapy & Fitness centre where she gained tremendous experience treating musculoskeletal & orthopaedic conditions while developing her special rapport with a broad range of patients. In 2014, Stephanie made the leap to the Middle East and has never looked back. She has had four years of invaluable experience as a Physiotherapist & Strength & Conditioning Specialist focusing predominantly on sports injury, providing client-specific personal training, and rehabilitation to a range of ages and abilities. Stephanie has always been an avid athlete; it was the result of a childhood injury that she realised the importance of physiotherapy in the prevention and rehabilitation of injury. This experience & her studies fuelled her passion to always be active whether it is on a netball court, a spartan race, or hiking up a mountain; thus engraining a philosophy of movement everyday. For organized sport, Stephanie has played in various netball leagues in Kuwait & UAE.
In treatment Stephanie strives to perfecting movement patterns, correcting muscle imbalances, & reducing pain. She has great success in combining her specializations of dry needling & manual therapy to provide immediate and lasting relief. Her patient populations are a range of recreational gym users to professional athletes. Her goal is to ensure each patient leaves with the knowledge of how to move safely & prevent reoccurrence.
