Rubens Garcia is from Valencia Spain where he studied Science of Sports, Exercise & Health from the University of Valencia. Rubens had a career as a professional football player starting in 2002 for Valencia and played until multiple repetitive injuries caused to 2 lumbar disc and 2 shoulder surgeries, leading to his early retirement in 2014. Rubens focused his career back to a rehabilitation of others after fully recovering from his own significant injuries. These events led him to specialize in the study of myofascial, posture, and functional movement pattern correction. His experience from his studies, pro
athlete career, and his own rehabilitation has led to the creation of his international Rmotion Posture & Wellness workshops for health professionals and the general public. Rubens focuses all his programs on recovering primal essences through barefoot training & corrective movement patterns, which involves educating his clients on understanding & self awareness of what their bodies were designed for and how they can heal themselves through movement.
