Trude Stjernen is a Norwegian physiotherapist who graduated from Oslo University College in 2008. She started her carrier working at a healthcare center for women suffering from longterm pain, doing group training sessions and one-to-one guidance. In 2010 she joined a multidisciplinary clinic in Oslo, Norway, where she worked closely with chiropractors, and gained valuable experience with acute disc prolapses in cervical and lumbar spine, overuse syndrome/tendinopathies, sports related injuries, headache/migraine and other acute or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. In 2014 she moved to Dubai and continued her journey as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist.

Trude has a personal interest in training, and the importance of physical activity both for mental and physical health. In 2017 she completed an online course in training and nutrition through one of Norways best strength and performance coaches, Borge Fagerli. She believes any good treatment plan should include exercises, and to encourage/help her clients to become active even with pain. Along with pain education she also uses soft tissue release, mobilisation techniques, dry needling and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation in her treatments
