Passionate Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Katerina is a passionate musculoskeletal physiotherapist, who has travelled, studied and worked across Greece, Spain and the U.K..
She graduated from the university of Western Greece; and started her career from Gna-Gennimatas hospital in Athens, before moving into the private sector and sports teams (football and basketball). After 2 years she moved to the U.K. to attend a MSc course in manual therapy. She has worked for 3 years in London gaining extensive experience in private practice.
Katerina has always been into sports herself and has volunteered as a physio in big athletic championships, such as Athens 2011 Para-Olympics and IAAF World Athletics and Para-athletics Championships London 2017.
She has completed post graduate training in spinal manipulations, acupuncture/dry needling, and is also a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor.
Her philosophy is to take a holistic approach to persons’ conditions, aiming to provide them with a tailored treatment, and a strong understanding and knowledge. She has a special interest in management of persistent back pain, lower and upper limb dysfunction and sports injuries, and strength and conditioning based rehabilitation.
Katerina loves sporty activities, gaining new experiences, travelling and generally exploring the word. She is fluent in English, Greek and Spanish.
