Kris graduated from the prestigious British College of Osteopathic Medicine as an Osteopath and Naturopath in 2007. Since graduating, Kris has combined his osteopathic & Naturopathic approach with the understanding of natural human movement and it’s anthropological roots, functional biomechanics, and functional neurology. To further his understanding of movement and the science behind it, Kris studied in the US becoming a fellow of Applied Functional Science at the Gray Institute. Kris is also qualified from the CHEK Institute, has studied with Z-Health and is currently studying Functional Medicine. These differing principles have allowed Kris to develop a broad spectrum of approaches to his patients and athletes, ranging from pain management, assessing movement strategies and linking it with an anthropological movement philosophy, to functional neurology and Naturopathy. Kris’s overall aim is to reduce pain, improve movement and optimize performance.

Kris has worked within a number of multi-disciplinary practices and ran his own clinic in Central London, covering general practice patients to elite athletes. Kris has worked with Team GB track and field athletes and triathletes, world class golfers on the European Tour, Challenge Tour, MENA Tour and LPGA Tour and has also worked with professional and amateur football players. Alongside his passion for natural movement, Kris is also a barefoot runner and through this became a running analysis coach helping people transition into more efficient running style.

Teaching has always been a strong passion of Kris’s. He has taught extensively at university level and across multiple healthcare fields within therapy and elite sports performance. Kris has also taught several English and Scottish Premier League medical teams. Teaching at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kris tutored osteopathic students within a clinical environment, Osteopathic Technique and also Dissection studies
